Application for registration.—Every certifying authority carrying on the issue of electronic signature certificates shall make an application for registration to the Government of Tamil Nadu in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every log held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three days from that date.
