Maintenance of premises.—Every court receiver shall keep the premises where the management of property in the custody of the court is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every court fee stamp kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the management of property in the custody of the court, and shall furnish to the Taxing Officer in Form F, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
