Safe custody.—Every court receiver shall keep every register of suits to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the management of property in the custody of the court is carried on, shall record in Form D the description of every register of suits so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Taxing Officer within sixty days of the close of each year.
