Surrender of certificate.—Every occupier who ceases to carry on the running of a factory shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the appropriate Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every register of wages held by him has been disposed of.
