Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the exporter shall apply to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees, and the Development Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
