Intimation of change.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit shall intimate to the Government of Odisha, in Form J and within three hundred and sixty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Odisha shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two thousand rupees.
