Surrender of certificate.—Every commission agent in a market who ceases to carry on the business of a commission agent in a market shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every seed held by him has been disposed of.
