Application for registration.—Every person in possession of land carrying on the possession of land shall make an application for registration to the Land Tribunal in Form 2, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every record of rights held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
