Safe custody.—Every person in possession of land shall keep every certificate of occupancy to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the possession of land is carried on, shall record in Form 8 the description of every certificate of occupancy so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Land Tribunal within seven days of the close of each year.
