Intimation of change.—Every owner of a private service vehicle shall intimate to the Licensing Authority, in Form 2 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Licensing Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
