Application for registration.—Every credit rating agency carrying on the rating of securities shall make an application for registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form F, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees and a statement of every disclosure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
