Surrender of certificate.—Every credit rating agency who ceases to carry on the rating of securities shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every statement of holdings held by him has been disposed of.
