Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a gymnasium who ceases to carry on the running of a gymnasium shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sports Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every anti-doping form held by him has been disposed of.
