Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the commission agent in a market shall apply to the Market Committee in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Market Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
