Conditions of registration.—Every commission agent in a market shall carry on the business of a commission agent in a market only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every market fee receipt in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such market fee receipt for inspection on request by the Registrar, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
