Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any auditor of a trust dies, his legal representative shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the death, intimate the death to the Board in Form G, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every audit report then held; and the Board shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and eighty days of its receipt.
