Intimation of change.—Every athlete shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form B and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
