Application for registration.—Every employer of adolescents carrying on the employment of adolescents shall make an application for registration to the State Commission for Women in Form IV, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every protection order held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
