Surrender of certificate.—Every surety who ceases to carry on the standing as surety for a party shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Bihar in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every record held by him has been disposed of.
