Surrender of certificate.—Every annuity service provider who ceases to carry on the provision of annuities shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Board in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 20 of the manner in which every remittance challan held by him has been disposed of.
