Intimation of change.—Every annuity service provider shall intimate to the Central Board, in Form 19 and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Central Board shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five hundred rupees.
