Safe custody.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall keep every award to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the reference of disputes to arbitration is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every award so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chairperson of the Council within one hundred and twenty days of the close of each year.
