Intimation of change.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment shall intimate to the Land Acquisition Officer, in Form 6 and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Land Acquisition Officer shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees.
