Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the executive officer of a temple shall apply to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form E for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Deputy Charity Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within three hundred and sixty-five days of the application.
