Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these regulations shall be kept at the office of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in the custody of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner; and where the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form 20 within ninety days of the succession.
