Surrender of certificate.—Every employer who ceases to carry on the employment of persons shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every nomination held by him has been disposed of.
