Application for registration.—Every employer carrying on the employment of persons shall make an application for registration to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Form 10, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every register of members held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
