Maintenance of premises.—Every employer shall keep the premises where the employment of persons is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every register of members kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the employment of persons, and shall furnish to the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner in Form 13, within sixty days of the commencement of these regulations, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
