Regulation 2, PFRDA (Appeals of Employers) Regulations, 2018 [S4X-D8A]

Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Pension Fund Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 2013 (23 of 2013); (b) "employer" means a person carrying on the employment of persons; (c) "contribution" means a contribution received, held or disposed of by a employer in the course of the employment of persons; (d) "Form 13" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
