Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any licensee of a fishery in a reservoir dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Dam Safety Authority in Form D, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every dispute then held; and the Dam Safety Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within seven days of its receipt.
