Safe custody.—Every cable landing station operator shall keep every licence to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the operation of a cable landing station is carried on, shall record in Form H the description of every licence so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre within seven days of the close of each year.
