Application for registration.—Every cable landing station operator carrying on the operation of a cable landing station shall make an application for registration to the Telecommunication Engineering Centre in Form G, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten lakh rupees and a statement of every subscriber record held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
