Report to the Government.—The Telecommunication Engineering Centre shall prepare, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a report of the applications received and disposed of under these rules during that year, of the number of cable landing station operators whose names stood on the register at its close, and of the inspections made during that year; and shall furnish a copy of the report to the Government of Kerala and publish it within seven days of its preparation.
