Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Investor Protection Fund Trust in the custody of the Investigating Authority, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Investor Protection Fund Trust; and where the Investigating Authority having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form F within ten days of the succession.
