Surrender of certificate.—Every manufacturer of assistive devices who ceases to carry on the manufacture of assistive devices shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VII of the manner in which every facility held by him has been disposed of.
