Intimation of change.—Every manufacturer of assistive devices shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Council, in Form VII and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Council shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten rupees.
