Intimation of change.—Every operator of a vehicle carrying hazardous substances shall intimate to the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests, in Form III and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Principal Chief Conservator of Forests shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
