Records to be kept at the premises.—Every foreign portfolio investor shall keep at the premises where investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor is carried on the certificate of registration and the records maintained under these bye-laws, shall produce them for inspection on request by the Deputy General Manager, and shall enter in Form D the date of every inspection so made and the name and designation of the person who made it.
