Bye-law 22, Securities and Exchange Board of India (Fees of Investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor) Bye-laws, 2018 [S4X-1XG]
As at 7 September 2026. In force from 4 May 2018.
Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the foreign portfolio investor shall apply to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form C for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ten days of the application.
