Grant of certificate of registration.—The Investor Protection Fund Trust shall, on being satisfied that the application is complete and that the fee of five lakh rupees has been paid, register the applicant, shall issue to him a certificate of registration in Form G within ten days of the receipt of the application, and shall enter in the register the number and date of the certificate and the particulars of every unit stated in the application.
