Application for registration.—Every foreign portfolio investor carrying on investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor shall make an application for registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form E, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every disclosure held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
