Maintenance of premises.—Every foreign portfolio investor shall keep the premises where investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every demat account kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor, and shall furnish to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in Form B, within forty-five days of the commencement of these bye-laws, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
