Surrender of certificate.—Every foreign portfolio investor who ceases to carry on investment in securities by a foreign portfolio investor shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Investor Protection Fund Trust in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every offer document held by him has been disposed of.
