Intimation of change.—Every foreign portfolio investor shall intimate to the Investor Protection Fund Trust, in Form D and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Investor Protection Fund Trust shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five thousand rupees.
