Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the payment system operator shall apply to the Banking Ombudsman in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Banking Ombudsman shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty-one days of the application.
