Surrender of certificate.—Every committee of a gurdwara who ceases to carry on the management of a gurdwara shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Charity Commissioner in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every donation receipt held by him has been disposed of.
