Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any owner of a protected monument dies, his legal representative shall, within seven days of the death, intimate the death to the Director of Tourism in Form VI, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every entry ticket then held; and the Director of Tourism shall enter the intimation in the register within ninety days of its receipt.
