Safe custody.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall keep every report of the commission to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the appearance before an inquiry is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every report of the commission so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Screening Committee within sixty days of the close of each year.
