Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the person subject to an inquiry shall apply to the Screening Committee in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Screening Committee shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
