Intimation of change.—Every person subject to an inquiry shall intimate to the Screening Committee, in Form H and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Screening Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
